eNL in Birmingham seeks an established Commercial Litigation Partner to join its international disputes practice. You will lead the Birmingham team, advise on complex cross-border disputes for major corporates and institutions, and leverage an international platform to grow your client base.

Are you a Commercial Litigation Partner with a strong following and looking for your next move?

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading international law firm seeking to appoint an ambitious Commercial Litigation Partner to join its Birmingham office.

This is a strategic hire for the firm and would suit an established Partner with a strong reputation in the market, a demonstrable client following and the ambition to develop their practice within a genuinely international platform.

The successful candidate will join an established and highly regarded disputes practice, advising a broad range of national and international clients on complex and high-value commercial disputes.

The Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Take a leading role within the Birmingham commercial litigation team.
  • Develop and grow your existing client following with the support of an international firm.
  • Advise major corporates, institutions, shareholders, directors and other sophisticated clients on complex commercial disputes.

  • Build relationships with new clients and identify opportunities to expand your practice.
