Job summary

UCB S.A. is seeking a Biosamples Operations Specialist to support compliant, efficient, and reliable bio sample management across Patient Solutions by enabling HTA/HBS admin responsibilities in the UK. The role collaborates with QA and legal teams to ensure data privacy and regulatory alignment.

The successful candidate will coordinate sample requests, manage documentation, and work within a hybrid, hub-based environment in the UK, contributing to a patient-focused bio-sample program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Strong computer skills and experience with document systems.
• Ability to manage documentation in regulated environments.
• Clear communication with partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as HTA Committee Administrator within UK Human Tissue management.
• Support inventory tracking and reporting for biological samples across sites.
• Coordinate bio samples requests and ensure regulatory and donor considerations are met.
• Maintain and curate documentation websites for bio samples operations.
• Contribute to compliance with EU/UK laws and data privacy policies.
