Qualifications

• BSc in Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
• 3–4 years’ hands-on biobanking or human tissue sample management in pharma/biotech.
• Proven track record working under HTA regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle management of human biological samples.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain inventory and traceability using LIMS.
• Coordinate distribution to internal and external teams.
• Lead audits to HTA and GDPR standards and drive improvements.
• Train team members on technical and quality standards.
