Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of delivery management experience.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Mural or Smartsheet.
• Workshop orchestration and facilitation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Risk management and contract management experience.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and software development.
• Experience in life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central orchestrator, aligning initiatives with project vision and goals.
• Foster collaboration between internal and external teams.

• Suggest and implement PM practices and standards.
