As a Lab Informatics Platform Lead, you will troubleshoot, optimize, and configure platforms to fit complex workflows, while guiding onboarding and upskilling to maximize value.

Qualifications

• BS or MSc in biology or life sciences required.
• 2 years of lab or research environment experience preferred.
• Experience with scientific software or lab informatics is advantageous.
• SQL, API integration, Python, data analysis or workflow automation considered a plus.
• Customer-facing experience and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated lab informatics platform lead for biotech customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across platforms (Benchling, Uncountable, ELN/LIMS).
• Configure platforms to fit scientific workflows and data models.
• Lead discovery and data model refresh sessions with customers.
• Support onboarding and upskilling through training sessions (virtual/in-person).
• Collaborate with teams to identify workflow improvements and higher value features.
• Manage own projects independently while contributing to larger initiatives.
