Job summary

Air Liquide Biogas Solutions UK is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Northwick Power anaerobic digestion plant at Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh. You will oversee engineering, operations and administration, report to the General Manager, and lead a 12‑person team to deliver safe, efficient, and profitable plant performance.

Qualifications

• A Degree in a related discipline.
• A NEBOSH qualification.
• Experience on a production/operational plant or in the Waste sector.
• Experience in project management, customer relationship building, and stakeholder management.
• Team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by optimizing plant operations and biological management to maximise profitability.
• Lead business planning, budgeting, and monthly financial reporting with the Finance team; own capital projects.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the site with risk management, audits and inspections.
• Train and develop the 12-person team and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
