Job summary

Air Liquide Biogas Solutions UK is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Northwick Power AD plant near Moreton-in-Marsh. You will drive peak efficiency, safety and profitability while aligning engineering, operations and administration under one leadership.

You will manage a 12-person team, report to the General Manager, oversee capital projects, compliance (PAS 110, HSE) and on-call duties every 1 in 4 weeks with a call-out payment based on experience. Occasional UK travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related discipline.
• NEBOSH qualification.
• Experience on a production/operational plant or in the Waste sector.
• Experience in project management, customer relationships and stakeholder management.
• Team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Excellence: optimise plant operations, prioritise tasks, and lead the engineering team.
• Lead Strategy & Financial Growth: manage business planning, budgeting and capital projects.
• Champion Safety & Compliance: ensure adherence to HSE policies, risk management and audits.
• Empower the Team: train and motivate a 12-person team and drive continuous improvements.
