Job summary

Air Liquide Biogas Solutions UK is seeking a Plant Manager to lead an Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plant, ensuring safety, efficiency and profitability. You will oversee a 12-person team at Northwick Power, Chipping Campden, with occasional UK travel and on-call duties every 4 weeks.

The role requires a degree in a related discipline, NEBOSH qualification, and experience in waste sector operations, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Strong leadership is essential.

Experience in production/operational plant or waste sector.
Experience in project management and stakeholder management.
Strong team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Drive Operational Excellence and maximize profitability through plant operations and digester management.
Lead business planning, budgeting, and financial reporting; own capital projects.
Ensure HSE compliance, risk management, audits and inspections.
Coordinate training, qualifications, and welfare for a 12-person team; lead continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineering and management to deliver capital projects and enhance performance.
