Job summary

Northwick Power Ltd in Moreton-in-Marsh is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the site at Chipping Campden. You will oversee engineering, operations and administration, report to the General Manager, and guide a 12-person team across shifts and on-call cycles.

You will drive operational excellence, lead budgeting and regulatory data submissions, ensure HSE compliance, and champion continuous improvement while coordinating with stakeholders across the UK with occasional EU travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related discipline.
• Experience on a production/operational plant or in the Waste sector.
• Experience in project management, customer relationships and stakeholder management.
• Proven team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and optimize plant operations.
• Lead business planning, budgeting and monthly financial reporting.
• Ensure strict HSE compliance, risk management and regulatory audits.
• Coordinate and develop the training and welfare of a 12-person team.
