Blueprint Recruitment is seeking BIM Technicians at various levels to join the Building Services team. Roles are hybrid across Birmingham, Bristol or Newcastle with responsibilities for producing MEP Revit models and coordinating drawings.

Candidates should have 2+ years BIM/Revit experience, strong Revit MEP skills, and a good grasp of BIM coordination and model delivery. Data centre experience is a plus. £35,000–£55,000 per year.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with clash detection and coordinated model delivery.

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we’re working with an international, multidisciplinary Consultancy who are looking for multiple BIM Technicians at various levels to join their Building Services team.

The successful candidates can be based in our client’s Birmingham, Bristol or Newcastle offices, on a hybrid basis.

This is a great opportunity to produce and coordinate MEP BIM models for data centre and aviation projects across the UK.

What you’ll be doing

• Producing and coordinating MEP Revit models and drawings
• Managing models from initial setup through to final issue
• Supporting data centre and aviation projects across RIBA Stages 2–4
• Running clash detection and providing coordination reports
