Job summary

Elev8 Engineering Ltd is seeking an experienced Revit Technician to join our London team. The role focuses on Revit MEP modelling and coordination across building services projects, with ownership of your modelling packages and close collaboration with engineers to keep clashes to a minimum.

The ideal candidate has 5-6 years’ experience as a Revit/BIM technician or coordinator, strong MEP knowledge, and excellent communication skills to report modelling issues clearly.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years’ experience as a Revit or BIM technician or coordinator.
• Strong Revit MEP experience, with a good understanding of M&E building services and coordination.
• The ability to interpret engineering drawings, mark‑ups and technical information.
• Confidence identifying and resolving clashes within Revit.
• Strong communication skills and a practical, quality-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Developing mechanical, electrical and public health services in Revit.
• Coordinating building services against architectural and structural models.

A leading design consultancy is looking for a Revit Technician to join its London team.

This is a hands‑on role for an experienced technician with 5‑6 years' experience, focused on Revit MEP modelling and coordination across building services projects.

The Role

You’ll develop and coordinate M&E models, taking ownership of your own modelling packages and working closely with engineers to keep every project clash‑free and well documented.

Your responsibilities will include:
