Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is seeking a BIM Coordinator with a strong Revit MEP background to drive 2D/3D coordination on a large-scale Building Services project in the UK. You will deliver coordination milestones, resolve clashes, produce drawings and schedules, and ensure BIM Execution Plan adherence, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to digital delivery.

This permanent role offers £60,000-£65,000 per annum and the chance to work on a technically complex installation

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong Revit skills with an MEP bias.
• Experience coordinating across large-scale projects.
• Good understanding of multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 2D and 3D coordination milestones.
• Manage and resolve clashes between disciplines.
• Produce drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Work in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan.
• Coordinate complex MEP installations.
• Liaise with package managers and site engineers.
• Review models and identify potential coordination issues.
• Provide technical support to junior team members.
• Maintain accurate and coordinated project information.
