Ward and Co Interiors in Marylebone is seeking an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our fast-paced, high-end interior design studio on a full-time, permanent basis. You will take ownership of the interior architectural side of projects and collaborate with the Head of Interior Architecture, Directors and Designers, guiding the technical design from concept through to on-site completion.

The ideal candidate will have RIBA Part 2 (or international equivalent with ARB), at least 1

Competenze

• RIBA Part 2 qualification (or international equivalent with ARB).
• Minimum 1 year UK practice experience logged in PEDR.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD, including families and templates.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; Vectorworks, InDesign and Photoshop preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.

Mansioni

• Lead the BIM model on projects and set up studio-standard views and sheets.
• Produce and check drawing packages from concept to construction.
• Coordinate with structural, M&E and specialist consultants; clash detection.
• Develop specifications, finishes schedules and FF&E with the design team.
• Present design proposals to clients and manage site visits and QA.
