Architecture Social Limited, an award-winning, research-led studio in London, seeks a Part II Architectural Assistant with strong Revit skills to join the residential team and contribute from early design to delivery.

You’ll work on modular housing and mixed-use schemes, developing design proposals, producing coordinated drawings, and supporting planning and technical packages within a BIM-led environment.

Qualifications

• Part II Architectural Assistant with strong Revit skills and residential experience.
• Ability to contribute to design proposals and planning packages within a BIM-led studio.
• Interest in modular housing, sustainability and technology-led projects.

Responsibilities

• Support residential projects across RIBA stages.
• Produce coordinated drawings and Revit models.
• Develop design proposals and presentation material.
• Assist with technical information and project coordination.
• Collaborate with environmental team on sustainable design.
• Attend design reviews, site visits and meetings.
