Job summary

Jak Consultancy in London is seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant with commercial experience to join their growing design team. You will assist with design development, produce drawings and presentations, and work closely with senior architects.

The role offers exposure to a range of commercial projects, collaboration across disciplines, and opportunities to develop your portfolio and technical skills in Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

Job Title: PART 2 ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT

The Opportunity

A leading London-based design studio is looking to appoint a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant with previous commercial experience to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Part 2 to become part of an established and highly regarded studio, working across a range of exciting commercial projects and developing their experience within a collaborative and design-focused environment.

The Role

You will work closely with senior architects and the wider design team, contributing throughout the design process from early concept and planning through to detailed design and technical delivery.

The role will include:

• Developing architectural concepts and design proposals
• Producing high-quality drawings and presentations
• Supporting planning and developed design stages
• Assisting with technical packages and construction information
• Working closely with consultants and project teams
• Contributing to client presentations and design meetings
• Developing 3D models, visuals and presentation material
