Job summary

Ward & Co. Interiors in London seeks a Part 2 architectural assistant to join a fast-paced, high-end interior design team. The role is full-time and permanent, with BIM leadership on residential projects and collaboration with directors and designers.

Ideal candidates hold RIBA Part 2 or international equivalent, at least one year UK practice, and strong BIM skills (Revit/Archicad). Proactive, detail-focused, and client-facing professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• RIBA/ARB Part 2 qualification (or international equivalent with ARB).
• Minimum of one year UK practice experience logged in PEDR.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit or Archicad, including families and templates.
• Experience in BIM coordination and ISO 19650 information management.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; Vectorworks, InDesign and Photoshop preferred.
• Understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning process.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM model on projects and set up studio-standard views and sheets.
• Produce and check drawings from concept to construction, including details.
• Coordinate with structural, M&E and consultants; resolve design issues.
• Develop specifications and schedules with the interior design team.
• Present proposals to clients and attend design meetings.
• Support site visits, inspections and responses to queries.
