Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is expanding its Birmingham BIM team and seeking a BIM / Revit MEP Technician to help shape the office's digital modelling capability. You will work with engineers, designers and contractors on varied projects from early design through to delivery.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with Revit in an MEP environment.
• Experience producing MEP models and technical drawings.
• Ability to interpret technical information and model accurately.

Responsibilities

• Produce and develop MEP models using Revit.
• Create detailed technical drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate BIM projects with engineers and architects.
• Identify and resolve clashes and modelling issues.
• Support the delivery of coordinated BIM across projects.
• Adhere to BIM standards, procedures and deadlines.
