Job summary

Strata Construction Consulting UK Ltd. is seeking a Structural Technician or Revit Technician to join the team in Birmingham, producing accurate models and drawings to support engineers and project managers on a variety of projects across the UK.

You will develop Revit models, produce detailed drawings, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure design accuracy while implementing BIM workflows and maintaining standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; Revit knowledge is a bonus.
• Experience in engineering or architectural practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and processes; excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit models for structural and civil engineering projects.
• Produce detailed technical drawings and schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy.
