Job summary

Unknown Company in Birmingham is seeking a Revit MEP Technician to deliver and develop Revit MEP models on a variety of building services projects. You will coordinate MEP services within multidisciplinary models and produce drawings and technical information from Revit, working with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and the wider design team.

The role demands a minimum of 3 years' Revit experience, strong model accuracy, and a proactive approach to resolving clashes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Revit in building services.
• Produce and develop Revit MEP models.
• Coordinate MEP services within multidisciplinary models.
• Produce drawings and technical information from Revit.
• Work closely with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and the design team.
• Identify and resolve clashes and maintain model accuracy.
