Job summary

Egis, in partnership with VVB Engineering, seeks a BIM Modeller for the London HS2 gateway project at Old Oak Common. The role focuses on creating and coordinating high-quality 3D CAD models with embedded data, aligned to project standards and the BIM Execution Plan.

Based in London, you will work from design offices and sites, coordinating with BIM leads and project teams to ensure delivered models meet all requirements and integration with BEP guidelines.

Qualifications

• BIM Modeller with 3+ years in major infra/transport projects.
• Experience in engineering production environments.
• Railway/transport/construction background preferred.
• Experience delivering projects to UK BIM Standards BS1192/ISO 19650.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and management of projects from design to construction to meet standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and supply chain to apply correct standards.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and data exchange processes.
• Use Bentley ProjectWise/OpenBuilding Designer/MicroStation for 3D CAD models and documentation.
• Coordinate with BIM leads to optimize clash results and maintain BEP alignment.
• Produce 3D models and drawings for railway station elements integrated into the BIM.
