Arup is seeking a BIM Manager for a 12-month contract based in Birmingham or Nottingham with hybrid working. AMS supports Arup with contingent recruitment, connecting skilled interim professionals to major design projects.

You will lead BIM modelling, coordination, and strategy development, guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality information delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM management experience across projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead BIM model development, coordination, and Data management across multiple projects.
• Serve as primary BIM coordination contact with clients and consultants.
• Develop and implement BIM strategies to ensure delivery aligns with client requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams through the project lifecycle.
• Oversee model clash detection and information management.
