Job summary

Tailored Talent Ltd. is partnering with a leading UK BIM consultancy to appoint a BIM Information Manager for remote work. The role focuses on BIM documentation, information governance, and processes across diverse projects, with emphasis on ISO 19650 and CDEs.

You will lead information management projects, support technical demonstrations, and work from home with strong collaboration across clients and teams to deliver high-quality BIM and digital construction solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have BIM and information management experience.
• Experience delivering BIM documentation, processes and protocols.
• Ability to run information management projects for clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM documentation, processes and protocols for multiple clients and projects.
• Lead information management projects for various clients.
• Use Revit for 3D model creation and BIM coordination across teams.
• Utilise Solibri or Navisworks for clash detection and data checking.
• Prepare COBie spreadsheets and federate data for construction projects.
• Support development teams with technical qualification and demonstrations.
