Responsibilities include developing BIM documentation, running information management projects, using Revit for 3D models, and using Solibri or Navisworks for clash detection; strong communication and customer-focused approach is essential;

Qualifications

• :Develop BIM Documentation, Processes and Protocols for multiple projects
• +Run Information Management projects for various clients
• +Use Revit for 3D Model creation
• +Use Solibri or Navisworks for clash detection and data checking
• +Export and federate COBie spreadsheets
• +Support business development with technical qualifications and demonstrations
• +Deliver solutions to clients and ensure customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM Documentation, Processes and Protocols for a variety of customers and projects as the BIM Information Manager
• Run Information Management projects for a variety of clients
• Use Revit for 3D Model creation
• Use Solibri or Navisworks for clash detection & Data checking
• Export COBie spreadsheets for construction projects
• Support business development with prospects including technical qualification, preparation, scope of works, and delivery of demonstrations
• Deliver better solutions to clients and drive customer satisfaction
