Job summary

Focus Resourcing Limited seeks a Digital Construction Manager to lead BIM adoption across major Midlands and North projects. The role is office-based with weekly site visits, requiring strong coordination with design teams and suppliers to ensure high-quality digital delivery.

You will drive BIMBEPs/IMPs, enforce ISO 19650, and push digital construction innovations across the business. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Digital Construction Manager, BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator for a main contractor.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and ISO 19650.
• Good knowledge of design coordination and clash detection.
• Experience coordinating digital information across large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in ACC, Forma, Solibri and BIM Collab.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of BIM and Digital Construction processes across projects.
• Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Information Management Plans (IMPs).
• Coordinate design teams and supply chain partners for high-quality digital delivery.
• Oversee clash detection, model coordination and information management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and client information requirements.
• Support project teams with digital tools, workflows and best practices.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital construction.
