Job summary

FIM (Fulcrum Infrastructure Management) is seeking an Information Manager & Compliance Officer to govern project data for WEPCo across design, construction and operations. You will ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance, handling information flows, folder structures and registers within SharePoint and Dalux.

You will coordinate BIM Data Drops, support change control, maintain traceability and work with Welsh Government, D&B and FM teams to improve information management processes for

Qualifications

• Experience in information management, document control or BIM-related processes.
• Ability to manage information accuracy, compliance and data traceability across the project lifecycle.
• Confident using SharePoint, Dalux or similar information management platforms.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, metadata standards, naming conventions and data drop requirements.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A degree in a relevant field or recognised training is favourable, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee information management across the full project lifecycle.
• Administer SharePoint and Dalux information processes and folders.
• Ensure documentation uploaded, reviewed and shared by deadlines.
• Coordinate BIM Data Drops in line with the Welsh Government Protocol.
• Review submissions for compliance and track non-conformances until resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve information structures and workflows across the programme.
