Job summary

WSP UK is seeking an Information Management professional to oversee BIM and project information activities across major infrastructure and environmental projects. You will align processes with ISO 19650, manage the CDE, and collaborate with project teams and digital leads to embed consistent standards and governance.

The role involves coordinating BEP/MIDP/TIDP documents, supporting information exchange, and driving quality assurance while promoting secure data handling and compliant naming

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM environments and information management.
• Clear, confident communication in person and digital channels.
• Collaborative approach with willingness to learn and solve problems.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in project/PMO environments with multidisciplinary teams.
• Working knowledge of Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Understanding ISO 19650 standards and information management practices.

Responsibilities

• Support information management processes aligned to ISO 19650 standards.
• Maintain and support the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Coordinate BEP, MIDP and TIDP documentation.
• Assist in coordinating information exchange across teams and stakeholders.
• Support implementation of information standards with BIM Managers / Digital Leads.
• Apply security-minded data governance and access controls.
• Provide guidance on information management systems and processes.
• Support quality assurance to ensure standards compliance.
• Review, control, and distribute project information per ISO naming conventions.
