Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Assistant Information Coordinator to join a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor on a major Havant project. You will support information management workflows, document control and CDE administration, ensuring accurate, timely project information delivery.

Working with the BIM & Information Manager, you will maintain registers, dashboards and metadata, assist with MIDPs/TIDPs and ISO 19650 standards to drive digital delivery on

Qualifications

• Experience with structured information and document control
• Experience in construction or civil engineering information management is advantageous
• Strong IT skills including MS Excel and Microsoft 365
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and meet deadlines
• Interest in BIM, digital construction and information management

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of information management activities across a major infrastructure project
• Assist with document control and information management across internal teams, consultants and subcontractors
• Support the administration and maintenance of Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDPs) and Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs)
• Monitor project information submissions to ensure compliance with programmes and requirements
• Assist with the day-to-day administration of the Common Data Environment (CDE), primarily Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Maintain project information registers, trackers, metadata and reporting dashboards
• Support information quality checks, document reviews and data management activities
• Assist with the preparation of project reports and management information
• Contribute to ISO 19650 information management standards
• Support digital handover activities and the preparation of asset information
• Work alongside the BIM & Information Manager to improve information management processes and digital workflows
