Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading UK residential developer and contractor to hire a BIM & Digital Information Coordinator for live construction projects. You will coordinate, federate and monitor models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance and timely information delivery.

The role requires 2+ years’ BIM experience, hands-on clash detection with Revit and Navisworks Manage, and solid teamwork skills to support the BIM Information

Competenze

• 2+ years’ experience as BIM Coordinator, BIM Technician, or Digital Construction Coordinator.
• Hands-on clash detection and coordination experience.
• Proficient with BIM software (Revit) and Navisworks Manage.
• Familiar with ISO 19650 and BIM processes.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and federate architectural, structural and MEP models on live projects.
• Run clash detection and categorise issues; track to resolution.
• Raise and manage coordination issues using BIMcollab; produce reports for meetings.
• Review Revit models for accuracy (coordinates, levels, grids, naming).
• Support ISO 19650 processes, EIRs, AIRs, BEPs, TIDPs and MIDPs, including conventions.
• Assist with CDE information delivery and Viewpoint/4Projects workflows.
• Support IFC/COBie exports and handover information.
• Contribute to BIM standards, templates and Power BI reporting.
