Job summary

Facade Today in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior BIM Engineer to lead digital construction on major infrastructure projects. The role combines BIM delivery, data integration and hands-on model coordination across design and build stages.

The successful candidate will drive BIM processes aligned with ISO 19650, manage clash detection, and mentor project teams while utilising Revit, Navisworks and other leading tools to improve project performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM, Digital Engineering or Digital Construction.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM processes.
• Experience with software such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Tekla or similar.
• Knowledge of reality capture, asset information management or Power BI would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

A Construction based Senior BIM Engineer is sought by a UK Construction Contractor, based in Glasgow, hybrid, paying up to £70,000 + benefits.

Are you an experienced BIM Digital Engineer with a passion for BIM, digital innovation, and delivering major construction or infrastructure projects?

An exciting opportunity for a Digital Engineer to join a growing digital delivery team supporting complex infrastructure and industrial projects. This role will lead BIM and digital construction activities, ensuring models, data and technology fully integrated throughout design, construction and handover. You will play a key role in delivering BIM, information management and digital construction solutions, working closely with project, engineering and construction teams to improve project performance, quality and safety.
