Job summary

Jackson Hogg is seeking a BIM Digital Technologist to support information management and digital delivery across healthcare, public sector and major infrastructure projects in the UK. The role sits between BIM, delivery and information management, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and a drive for continuous improvement.

You will work on live projects, help optimise CDE processes and produce project insights using Power BI and other reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience using BIM tools to support information management and project controls.
  • Ability to review and validate BIM deliverables and CDE data.
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 information management standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support BIM implementation and digital delivery across live projects.
  • Review project information and BIM deliverables for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve delivery challenges and improve processes.
  • Assist with information management within Common Data Environments (CDEs).
  • Produce insights and visualization outputs for stakeholders.
  • Advise on digital best practices and compliance.

BIM Digital Technologist

Hybrid Office locations across the UK- Newcastle Preferred

Exciting position working with a growing digital consultancy operating within the construction and infrastructure sector, helping clients improve project delivery through BIM, Information Management and Digital Transformation. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to add a BIM Technologist to their team.

This is an opportunity to work across major healthcare, public sector and large-scale development programmes, supporting project teams with digital delivery, information management and project assurance activities.

This is not a traditional BIM modelling position. You'll use your BIM expertise to help project teams deliver better outcomes through improved information management, digital processes and project controls. The role sits between BIM, Digital Delivery and Information Management, combining technical knowledge with stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting BIM implementation and digital delivery across live projects
  • Reviewing and validating project information and BIM deliverables
  • Working with project teams to identify and resolve delivery challenges
  • Supporting ISO 19650 information management processes
  • Managing and auditing information within Common Data Environments (CDEs)
  • Producing project insights, reporting and visualisation outputs
  • Advising stakeholders on digital best practice and compliance
  • Assisting with process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
We're keen to speak with individuals who have experience in some of the following:
  • Revit, Navisworks
  • BIM Coordination
  • Digital Delivery
  • Information Management
  • ISO 19650
  • Common Data Environments (ACC, BIM360, Viewpoint, Asite, Dalux etc.)
  • BIM Assurance / Model Validation
  • Power BI or data reporting tools
  • Stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication
  • Experience within healthcare, infrastructure, public sector or major construction projects would be beneficial but is not essential.
