Job summary

Knightwood Associates Limited is recruiting a BIM Manager / BIM Engineer in London to support Digital Project Delivery across major Rail, Roads and Civils projects from tender through to delivery and handover.

This hands-on role leads BIM implementation, BEP development and digital strategies while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and driving the use of innovative digital technologies. 2-3+ years in Civils/Rail and strong BIM knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience within Civils, Roads or Rail.
• Strong understanding of BIM and Digital Project Delivery.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary design teams.
• Knowledge of BEPs, CDEs, clash detection and model coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/DPD strategy from preconstruction through to handover
• Develop and manage BEPs, MIDPs and digital delivery plans
• Coordinate consultants, designers and supply chain partners
• Manage model federation, clash detection and design coordination
• Support 4D BIM and construction sequencing
• Lead BIM kick-off meetings and support project teams with BIM implementation
• Deliver BIM training and promote digital best practice
• Support audits, technology implementation and continuous improvement

A leading main contractor is looking for an experienced BIM Manager / BIM Engineer to join their London team, supporting Digital Project Delivery across major Rail, Roads and Civils projects from tender through to project delivery and handover.
This is a hands-on role where you'll lead BIM implementation, develop project BEPs and digital strategies, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive the use of innovative digital technologies.
