Job summary

Omexom is seeking a skilled Document Controller to support BIM and digital delivery across design and construction, ensuring accurate, secure handling of project data and documentation.

You will implement ACC/IMS administration, train ACC Champions, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams while upholding ISO 19650 standards. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing document control procedures.
• Experience configuring and managing ACC at administrator level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to train and mentor others.
• Experience with ISO 19650 standards.

Responsibilities

• Validate, check, and curate all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Maintain container configuration and workflows; fix broken links.
• Maintain user directories, IM protocol, and file naming conventions.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests related to document management/ CDE.
• Establish central site files and registers; collate Operation & Maintenance, H&S, Quality, Environmental, BCAR files.
• Configure and implement change control processes within the CDE.
• Prepare distribution matrices, status reports, and workflows for sample submissions, TQs, RFIs, and other reportable data.
• Attend project meetings to engage with the project team and stakeholders on IM matters.
