Ridge & Partners Llp is seeking a BIM Coordinator / Information Manager to drive BIM across a portfolio of high-profile projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate digital workflows for design excellence and project efficiency. Qualifications

Proven experience as BIM Coordinator or Information Manager in AEC.
Proficient with Solibri and Autodesk Forma; knowledge of Revit and Civil 3D.
Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards and related docs.
Experience managing federated models, clash detection, and data validation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate BIM processes across multidisciplinary project teams.
Develop, manage, and maintain BIM Execution Plans; ensure client/industry standard compliance.
Support design teams with digital tools; provide guidance and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of coordinated models/data.
Monitor model quality, clash detection, and data integrity through lifecycles.
Drive digital delivery innovations and workflow improvements.
Provide training/mentoring to enhance BIM capability.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to meet contractual requirements.
