Job summary

Ridge is seeking a BIM Coordinator / Information Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of BIM across high-profile projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate digital workflows, support design excellence, and drive innovation in digital construction.

In this role, you will develop BIM Execution Plans, supervise model coordination and data integrity, mentor colleagues, and liaise with clients and contractors to ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM Coordinator/Information Manager experience in AEC.
• Strong proficiency with Solibri and Autodesk Forma; knowledge of Revit/Civil 3D.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and related documentation.
• Experience federating models, clash detection, and data validation.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to mixed audiences.
• Familiarity with CDEs and structured data management.
• Knowledge of interoperability and openBIM principles.
• Experience mentoring BIM teams; proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans; ensure client/industry standard compliance.
• Support design teams with digital tools/workflows; provide guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver coordinated models and data.
• Monitor model quality, clash detection, and data integrity.
• Drive digital delivery innovations and improved workflows.
• Provide training to team members to enhance BIM capability.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants to meet BIM deliverables.
