Ridge is seeking a BIM Coordinator / Information Manager to drive BIM implementation across a diverse project portfolio. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate digital workflows, supporting design excellence and project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a BIM Coordinator or Information Manager role within the AEC industry.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and related documentation.
• Experience managing federated models, clash detection, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and implementation of BIM processes across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project BIM Execution Plans and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support design teams in digital tools, offering guidance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of coordinated models and data.
• Monitor model quality, clash detection, and data integrity across lifecycles.
• Drive innovation in digital engineering by improving workflows and adopting new tech.
• Provide training and mentoring to enhance BIM capability.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants to meet BIM deliverables and contracts.
