Job summary

Ridge is seeking a BIM Coordinator / Information Manager to lead BIM processes across multidisciplinary teams on high-profile projects. You will develop BIM Execution Plans, ensure ISO 19650 compliance, and support design teams with digital workflows.

You will manage federated models, perform clash detection, and validate data while mentoring colleagues and driving openBIM interoperability across platforms. This role supports agile delivery within UK offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as BIM Coordinator or Information Manager in the AEC industry.
• Strong proficiency in Solibri and Autodesk Forma; understanding of Revit and Civil 3D.
• Solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards including development of related documentation.
• Experience managing federated models, clash detection, and data validation on complex projects.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and structured data management.
• Knowledge of interoperability between software platforms and openBIM principles.
• Experience mentoring or training others in BIM processes and tools.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement in digital delivery.
• Relevant qualifications in architectural technology, engineering, or digital construction; BIM certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities
