Job summary

Ridge's Digital Engineering team is seeking a BIM Coordinator / Information Manager to lead BIM implementation and delivery across a portfolio of high-profile projects, ensuring digital workflows are integrated with design and construction processes. You will develop BIM Execution Plans, maintain project BIM standards, support design teams with digital tools, and mentor colleagues to raise BIM capability.

Qualifications

BIM Coordinator or Information Manager role in AEC required.
ISO 19650 standards knowledge and documentation development.
Experience managing federated models, clash detection, and data validation.

Responsibilities

Lead the coordination and implementation of BIM processes across multidisciplinary project teams.
Develop, manage, and maintain project BIM Execution Plans and ensure compliance with client and industry standards.
Support design teams in the use of digital tools and workflows, providing guidance and troubleshooting where necessary.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of coordinated models and data.
Monitor and audit model quality, clash detection, and data integrity throughout project lifecycles.
Drive innovation in digital engineering by identifying opportunities to improve workflows and adopt emerging technologies.
Provide training and mentoring to team members to enhance BIM capability and understanding.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure BIM deliverables meet expectations and contractual requirements.
