Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment is seeking a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading M&E contractor in London on a permanent, hybrid basis.

You will create and manage coordinated Revit MEP models, collaborate with consultants and site teams, produce 3D models and clash reports, and update outputs based on design changes and client feedback within a busy BIM team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator in building services.
• Familiar with BIM processes and coordination standards.
• Confident in clash detection and producing coordinated outputs.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Good understanding of M&E building systems.

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading M&E Contractor, in a permanent position.

The successful candidate will attend the London office on a hybrid basis, whilst working on large scale data centre, education, and commercial projects with an experienced BIM team.

• Create and manage coordinated Revit MEP models.
• Work closely with consultants, architects, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Produce 3D models, clash detection reports, and drawings for project use.
• Update models based on design changes and client feedback.
• Support the production of construction documents and as-built models.

What we are looking for:
