Job summary

Heated Mechanical Services, based in London, is seeking an experienced Revit Coordinator to join its in‑house design and BIM team on high‑profile MEP projects. You will coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services in Revit, develop detailed models, resolve clashes and support from design through installation and commissioning.

This role offers exposure to data centres, commercial fit-out and refurbishment work in a busy, high-precision environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Revit Coordinator, BIM Coordinator or similar.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Experience coordinating MEP / Building Services models.
• Good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical building services.
• Experience on commercial fit-out, refurbishment or technically complex MEP projects.
• Ability to identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and model coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineers, designers and project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Attending design and coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Ensuring BIM standards and project requirements are consistently maintained.
• Assisting site teams with technical queries and design information where required.
• Supporting the development and coordination of projects from initial design through to installation, testing and commissioning.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Revit Coordinator to join an established Mechanical & Electrical building services organisation based in London.

The business delivers technically complex MEP projects across commercial fit-out, refurbishment, infrastructure, data centres, technology and retail, with a particular focus on high-quality commercial and technology-sector projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Revit Coordinator to join an experienced in-house design and BIM team, working on a variety of high-profile London projects from design development through to installation and completion.

The Role

As a Revit Coordinator, you will play a key role in the coordination and development of MEP models across a range of commercial and technically demanding projects.

You will work closely with Mechanical and Electrical engineers, project managers, designers, consultants and site teams to ensure building services designs are fully coordinated and delivered accurately.
