Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is seeking a BIM Coordinator with a strong Revit MEP background to drive 2D/3D coordination on a large-scale Building Services project in the UK. You will deliver coordination milestones, resolve clashes, produce drawings and schedules, and ensure BIM Execution Plan adherence, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to digital delivery.

This permanent role offers £60,000-£65,000 per annum and the chance to work on a technically complex installation

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong Revit skills with an MEP bias.
• Experience coordinating across large-scale projects.
• Good understanding of multidisciplinary coordination.

Job description

This permanent opportunity offers £60,000-£65,000 per annum and would suit someone with a strong Revit MEP background who has experience coordinating complex installations across large-scale projects.

The Role

You'll take responsibility for delivering 2D and 3D coordination milestones, working closely with package managers, site engineers and other disciplines to ensure Building Services installations are accurately coordinated.

A key part of your role will involve identifying and resolving clashes, producing technical information and ensuring work is delivered in accordance with the project BIM Execution Plan.

You'll also provide support to junior members of the team while contributing to the successful digital delivery of the wider project.

• AutoCAD knowledge would be beneficial
• Relevant degree in engineering or a related discipline
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
