Job summary

12 Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a Revit MEP Coordinator to join its design and delivery team, producing fully coordinated models and installation information across major London projects.

You will coordinate mechanical, electrical and public health services in Revit, develop detailed MEP models, perform clash detection with Navisworks, review drawings, attend BIM meetings and support site teams with technical drawing information.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Revit MEP and related BIM workflows.
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination practices across design and delivery.
• Experience in reviewing technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

A growing MEP contractor is looking for a Revit MEP Coordinator to join its design and delivery team, producing fully coordinated models and installation information across major London projects.

The Role

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and public health services in Revit.
• Develop detailed MEP models from design information.
• Produce coordinated installation drawings.
• Manage model coordination throughout project delivery.

• Work closely with engineers, designers and project teams.
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural models.
• Attend BIM and coordination meetings.
• Update models following design changes.

• Ensure models meet project BIM requirements.
• Maintain model accuracy and consistency.
• Support site teams with technical drawing information.

Requirements

• Strong experience using Revit MEP within building services.

• Previous MEP contractor experience advantageous.
