Job description

An independent school group is seeking an Account Receivable – Billings Analyst to assist in the billings and credit control functions.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Billings Manager with contracts and invoices
2. Manage the Credit Control function in conjunction with the Credit Controller
3. Generate accurate and timely invoices and statements on a monthly, termly, and annual basis
4. Collaborate with the Admissions team and assist in annual contract renewal processes
5. Respond to queries in the finance mailbox and liaise with external auditors
6. Support the finance team during month-end close

The ideal candidate will have experience in credit control and debt collection, and will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. They should have a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential.
