Job summary

DAC Beachcroft is hiring a Billing Administrator in Newport to join the CSG Finance Service Centre on a 6 month fixed term contract. The role is full-time with flexible working patterns, reporting to the Billing Supervisor.

You will support the Billing team to achieve accurate billing and meet firm targets. Day-to-day duties include resolving billing queries with lawyers and assistants, updating file data, processing proformas, and ensuring correct, up-to-date data while handling email traffic

Responsibilities

• Attend to and resolve billing queries promptly.
• Handle bulk billing requests.
• Create VAT schedules and composite invoices.
• Input and update bank details on the system.
• Direct email traffic and manage daily reporting.
• Support loading timekeeper, matter, rates and invoice data.
• Provide feedback to improve billing processes.
