Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Manchester. You will create invoices, validate data, and ensure billing accuracy across systems to support our global operations.

The role requires strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams. Four days per week on-site at our Manchester office; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Billing, finance, accounts receivable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with financial data.
• Ability to reconcile information across multiple systems.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
• Good communication and relationship-building.
• Proficiency in Excel and finance systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute accurate customer invoices and credit notes within our finance systems.
• Prepare billing support schedules from source data, validating information and reconciling transactions across multiple systems.
• Review and release customer orders in line with agreed processes and controls.
• Ensure all billing activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies.
• Support compliance with internal controls and the SOX framework.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, escalating issues where necessary.
• Build positive relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely billing processes.
• Provide additional support across the Finance team as required.
