Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited in Brentwood (Essex) is seeking a Billing & Invoicing Specialist with experience in billing, sales ledger or accounts receivable to join a growing, fast-paced team.

You will manage end-to-end billing, capture chargeable costs, support client billing systems, analyse cost recovery and liaise with finance, operations, suppliers and clients to ensure timely payments; strong Excel and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Billing, Sales Ledger or Accounts Receivable.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with finance systems.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work to deadlines in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the billing process from submission through to invoicing.
• Ensure all chargeable costs, materials and subcontractor invoices are captured accurately.
• Support client billing systems and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Analyse cost recovery performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Review applications for accuracy, compliance and correct billing categories.
• Liaise with finance, operations, suppliers and clients to ensure timely payments and submissions.
