Job summary

Eutelsat is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Expert to support delivery, accuracy, and continuous improvement of billing operations across our products and environment. This role sits outside the Billing Operations team but provides systems and process expertise to drive improvements.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate customer billing, resolve complex billing issues, support revenue assurance, and collaborate with Finance, Technology, Customer Operations, and Commercial teams to

Qualifications

10+ years in complex billing, revenue assurance, or pre-sales environments.
Deep technical knowledge of billing systems: mediation rating, catalog, and hierarchical charging.
Strong Excel/VBA/SQL and data analysis skills; able to understand data schemas and BI contexts.

Responsibilities

Support the Head of Billing and enable the Billing Operations team, including the monthly bill run and end-to-end processes for timely, accurate billing.
Liaise between IT stakeholders and Business Operations to drive process and system improvements.
Ensure accurate and timely generation of customer invoices in line with contractual requirements.
Monitor billing performance, batch processing, and reconciliation outputs for operational stability.
Support UAT and regression testing for BRM releases and upgrades.
Drive improvements in invoice accuracy and supporting documentation while addressing discrepancies.
