Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Billing Analyst to join our Billing team in the UK. You will identify and value chargeable works, prepare invoices in line with contracts, and ensure on-time applications for payment. You will collaborate with Contract, Commercial and Operational teams and handle billing queries with precision.

You will also support month-end processes, reconciliations and reporting, driving improvements in billing accuracy and efficiency while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Formación

• Previous experience in a billing, invoicing, credit control or finance administration role.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail with large transaction volumes.
• Ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Clear communication with colleagues and customers at all levels.
• Proactive, works well in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Review daily works, identify and value chargeable reactive, project and remedial works.
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices within contractual timeframes with clear detail.
• Process work orders in CAFM and client systems, hitting daily/monthly targets.
• Monitor WIP and unbilled works, keeping them to a minimum.
• Investigate and resolve billing queries, disputes and credits promptly.
• Collaborate with Contract, Commercial and Operational teams on contract billing.
• Produce billing analysis and reports; support month-end and audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and accuracy.
• Carry out other duties requested by Billing Team Leader and Commercial Management.
