Aztec Group seeks a Billing Administrator in Southampton to deliver efficient client billing support, issue client bills, maintain data and schedules, and oversee day-to-day team operations under the Billing Manager. You will review and prepare client bills on request, assist with monitoring schedules, and liaise with internal colleagues to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Previous Finance / Accounts Payable administration experience is preferable.
• Computer literacy skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to manage own workload, work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient client billing support to the business, including issuing client bills, maintaining data and schedules, and day-to-day team operations.
• Review and prepare client billing in line with requests on a timely basis.
• Assist with the maintenance of monitoring schedules and liaise with internal personnel to resolve issues.
• Assist the Billing Manager with development of client billing and time recording system processes.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required.
