What you’ll be doing
- Lead and manage the production of the group’s monthly billing accuracy reporting submissions.
- Act as a key contact with Consumer, Business, and other business units for matters relating to performance reporting and the group’s wider billing compliance programme. Provide insight based on analysis of source data to help drive improvements in billing accuracy.
- Act as a key contact with BT’s external assessors for annual billing accuracy performance audits.
- Lead and manage a programme of process improvement leveraging new data, analysis, and reporting tools to deliver a future-proofed solution for BT group M&B reporting.
- Own all risks around the production of the M&B Compliance reporting suite and manage appropriate mitigation tasks to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely delivery.
