Prince Personnel are working with a growing business, based in Telford, who are looking for a Billing Specialist on a permanent basis. This will be a hands-on role responsible for all accounts receivable functions, including billing, query resolution, credit control, direct debit processing and cash allocation.

You will join a high growth/fast paced environment, providing AR reports, DSO analysis, and supporting month-end processes and audits. Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience in managing billing and AR/credit control.
• Strong MS Excel and ERP systems skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; fast-paced environment suited.

Responsabilidades

• Billing and query resolution.
• Credit Control.
• Prepare regular accounts receivable reports including aged debt analysis, DSO, and cash collection forecasts.
• Analyse customer payment behaviours to inform management.
• Assist with month-end close activities and audits.
• Process credit notes and provisions for doubtful debts.
